What rental contracts actually include

Uniform rental bundles the garments with weekly laundering and replacement. The convenience is real. So are the terms that come with it, which commonly include:

• Multi-year contracts, often several years long
• Automatic renewal clauses, so the term restarts unless you cancel in a specific window
• A cancellation notice requirement, frequently around 90 days before the term ends
• Per-garment charges such as preparation and emblem fees, often applied each time garments are ordered
• Additional fees for garments that come back under-washed or for size changes

None of this is hidden exactly, but it usually lives in the fine print rather than the sales pitch.

When renting genuinely wins

Renting can be the right call for laundering-heavy work: industrial shops, food processing, and trades where garments get genuinely filthy every day and professional laundering matters. If your real problem is washing, not owning, a rental program solves it. We would rather tell you that than sell you the wrong thing.

The ownership math, with our real prices

Say you need 20 polos for your team. At our Standard tier, that is $6.00 a piece with the logo embroidered and included, so $120 for the set, plus shipping. You own them. There is no contract, no auto-renewal, and no per-garment fee the next time someone needs a replacement, you just reorder at the same published price.

Compare that to a rental line item that recurs every week for years, with preparation and emblem fees layered on. Over a multi-year term, ownership usually costs less for teams that do not need daily professional laundering. Run your own numbers against a rental quote and the gap is easy to see.

A fair note

Some rental companies will also sell you uniforms outright, so "rental" and "purchase" are not always different vendors. The question is not who you buy from, it is whether you want to own your uniforms or rent them. If you want to own them, that is what we do.

How to exit a rental contract cleanly

Read your agreement for the term end date and the cancellation notice window, since missing it by a day can auto-renew the whole term. Send written notice inside that window.
